About This Digital Version The digital version of The Impact of the Frontier On a Jewish Family: The Bibos, was created in February 1999. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) scanning, using Caere's OmniPage Limited Edition software, was used to create an electornic file of the print version. The OCR version was spell-checked in MS Word and proof read twice. A format replicating the print version as closely as possible was attempted to maintain the intellectual organization presented by Floyd S. Fierman in 1988. Readers will find numerous spelling errors throughout the text.
