Jewish Pioneers of the Southwest The Family of Levi and Friederike Lowenberg One of the wonderful things about the Internet is how it brings together people and ideas who would, otherwise, never have had the opportunity to meet. In the spring of 1999, Frank Lowenberg, located in Israel, discovered the Bloom Archives and the image of Carl Lowenberg found on the first page of the Pioneers section. He e-mailed the Archives asking for more information and in September, sent a 47 page family genealogical review. The above link is an Adobe PDF version of this document. It's a nice complement to the Archives because of its completeness in documenting the history of a Jewish family with branches in the U. S. Southwest. It is saved in Adobe Acrobat version 4.0.
