Preface

This modest project grew out a desire to bring together random bits & pieces of genealogical and historical information. By combining this information under one cover, future researchers may benefit from the same.

It is important to remember that despite the information appearing in these pages, the Sosa, Soza family's lineage has not been authenticated beyond 1746 at Jecori, Sonora, Nueva Espana.

Nevertheless, perusal of this monograph, will enlarge one's knowledge as to the possible genesis of the Sosa, Soza family's history in the New World.
