Support Groups

Besides the Board of Directors and Management Staff, three support groups are a vital force in the overall sustenance of St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. In this role, the Second Century Foundation is the depositor of all philanthropic gifts and, through its Board of Trustees, raises, invests and allocates all donor funds for the specific benefit of St. Mary's. It strictly adheres to the philosophy of the hospital and functions under the auspices of the corporation with an Executive Vice President as its Director. The Auxiliary, in addition to its volunteer placement in the hospital, manages the Gift Shop and from the proceeds of this activity and other fund raising projects makes a substantial contribution to the hospital each year. The Centurions, a group of business and professional men, conduct an annual fund raising event which attracts communitywide recognition and attendance.
