1927, when this picture was taken. From left: Ivan Peters, Anna Croxen, her sisters Isabell
Black and Alice Moore, and children Wilma Peters and Fred Croxen. Fred had come to
Arizona in 1909 and became a Forest Ranger in the Flagstaff area. In 1916 he married
Edith Lamport of Flagstaff. She was the teacher in the one room Sedona School, 1914-16. ELC

This 1930 picture shows the comer and one of the two fraternity houses that were to the
right up Park Avenue. In 1990 a Carl's Jr. occupies this corner.

Zeta Beta Tau fraternity. This picture was taken in September 1990. The foreground
creosote bush is in the yard and beside the house on Tyndall that Tom Marshall
