745 2007
745 East First Street in 2007. Many years ago the porch was enclosed and a second
floor added to the back, and renamed the Elite Apartments. The house to the left was
also built in 1901. These two buildings were never part of the Foucar-Marshall properties. PPS
Santa Catalinas Appartments
The Santa Catalina Apartments in 1911. The post and pipe fence was removed and an
18 inch concrete retaining wall was added when the street was graded and lowered by
two feet in 1906. The apartments will be 35 years old before the street is paved. In
1924/25 a mission-revival style duplex will be built on the lot to the right. The address for
this duplex will be 819 and 821 East First Street. TKM
